About Surrey Local Offer

The Local Offer has information about the range of services available to children and young people in Surrey with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

All local authorities have to publish this information according to Section 30 of the Children and Families Act 2014.

The aim is to make sure young people and their families can find and engage with services that will benefit them.

The video below was made by the Department for Education to explain what the Local Offer is and the reasons for it:

Our Local Offer includes services from birth right through to 25 years old and covers education, health and social care. It has been developed with children and young people, parents and carers, and local services including, schools, colleges, health and social care agencies.

Our aim is to keep the Local Offer as useful, relevant and up to date as possible. But this can only be done with your help. If you are an organisation, professional, parent, carer, or young person we would like to hear from you. It may be that you have feedback about the site or that you've spotted some details or information that is incorrect. Submit your Feedback.
