Fathers' Wellbeing Group
The Fathers' Wellbeing group is for men experiencing low mood or anxiety who have or are expecting a young child. We aim to give you:
- a chance to challenge unhelpful expectations that are put on new fathers in a non-judgemental and supportive environment
- help to identify how certain behaviours, thinking patterns and situations may be contributing to low mood or anxiety
- an opportunity to learn skills to change unhelpful thinking, behaviours or beliefs
If you think you would like to take part, get in touch with Mind Matters and mention that you could like to be referred to the Fathers' Wellbeing Group.
