Inquest

Inquest is a registered charity which provides free advice to people bereaved by a death in custody. It aims to empower these people to exercise their rights by providing information and advice.

Inquest provides assistance to people to use the formal legal processes to scrutinise the practices of state bodies and ensures that the collective experience of those with whom they work is fed back to the relevant policy makers.
