The Mix is a free and confidential multi-channel service for young people aged 11-25. They can connect you to experts and your peers who’ll give you the support and tools you need to take on any challenge you’re facing. They have a range of support services such as a helpline, email service, crisis messenger, one to one chat and counselling services.
