Free culturally sentitive sesiions for parents from diverse backgrounds.
Sessions will include:
- Perinatal pilates.
- Health and wellbeing support.
- Peer support.
- Tea and refreshments.
Sessions run weekly on Thursdays, 10:30am - 12:30pm.
