Ieso Digital Health provides online typed, free, discreet, and confidential one-to-one online cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). It treats a range of symptoms including anxiety and worry, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, phobias, sleep problems, and stress.
Appointments can be scheduled for any time of day, including evenings and weekends. If you're aged 18 or over and registered with a GP in North West Surrey, East Surrey, Surrey Downs, Guildford and Waverley or Surrey Heath you can self-refer without the need to visit your GP.
