Junior Mixed Martial Arts

We offer a strong syllabus of training that will help your child to develop in a safe environment where the importance of control and respect are taught above all things. They will learn a variety of techniques from Kickboxing to Wrestling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The rules of Junior MMA differ slightly so head shots and ground striking are not permitted and not taught to under 16's.
