Cranleigh Runners

We are a small sociable group of runners and all newcomers are welcome.

In summer we explore off road routes through the countryside around Cranleigh, with monthly hash runs from a pub in a neighbouring village. In winter we do training exercises such as hill repeats or fartleks on Tuesdays and a 10k run around the perimeter of Cranleigh on Thursdays.
