Sport In Mind - Adult Horse Riding
Free horse riding lessons for any adult with mental health issues interested in horse riding! The centre has a good selection of horses & ponies to suit each riders needs and abilities and there are lots of horse-related activities to enjoy!.
Due to the nature of the activity participants must follow these clothing rules -
- Leggings or comfortable trousers.
- Welly boots (no trainers), we have a selection of riding boots here.
- Hats are provided
- Can wear short sleeves but shoulders must be covered
- Gloves aren't a must but can be beneficial
- No big earrings
