Shifa

Shifa is a women's well-being project in Woking, offering a range of services from peer support groups, educational short courses, creative and physical activities, one to one support, drop-in support and signposting advice.

Shifa provides a safe, friendly and supportive environment to help women build their mental and emotional wellbeing, resilience, recovery and independence.

Whilst their focus is on asian women they also support women from other ethnic backgrounds too.
