AND partnership board self-evaluation
Surrey Additional Needs and Disability (AND) Engagement Partnership
The Additional Needs and Disabilities (AND) Partnership Board is the governance mechanism for partnership accountability.
The AND Partnership Board meet every half term. The membership includes representatives from Education, Health, Social Care, our third sector and user voice partners.
The AND Partnership Board exercises partnership accountability for the delivery of the Surrey Inclusion and Additional Needs Partnership Strategy (2023 to 2026).
As part of this objective, the AND Partnership Board produces a twice-yearly Self-evaluation report (PDF).
Self-evaluation document
The self-evaluation is a document produced with partners to assess "how effective are we as a local area partnership in improving the experiences and outcomes of children and young people with additional needs".
It captures the strengths across the partnership, impact and evidence and areas for development and priorities for the year. The self-evaluation is updated twice-yearly to show emerging strengths or areas for development. It is a way to demonstrate how well we know ourselves. As well as where to focus our attention to improve the experiences of children, young people and their families with additional needs and disabilities.
