Young Women's Trust
Young Women’s Trust champions young women aged 18 to 30 on low or no pay.
Young Women's Trust are here to create a more equal world of work and raise young women’s incomes. They tackle sexism and misogyny, with and for anyone who has experienced this.
The team also offer young women free coaching, feedback on job applications and information to help them get where they want to be. Additionally, they work with young women and anyone who experiences misogyny and sexism to campaign for equality in the workplace.

Youth Engagement Scheme (YES)
YES is an early intervention for young people, between the ages of 13 and 16, who are struggling with one or more of: school attendance, low self-esteem, lack of self-confidence and/or are at risk of becoming involved in anti-social behaviour and the criminal justice system.
Some or all of the following criteria clearly evidenced:
- Lower than 80% attendance at school
- At risk of exclusion
- Involved in (or at risk of involvement in) anti-social behaviour/youth crime
- Low self esteem/motivation
- Will benefit from physical activities, group interaction and positive role models
All referrals will be individually assessed at a Referral panel meeting as to each young person's suitability to attend a YES course.
The young people selected need to attend the taster session to access the 1 week (5 day) course. To refer a young person onto a course, please complete the attached referral form and return by email.

Youth Hub - Brooklands
The Youth Hub will offer a one stop shop of intensive employment and learning support for young people who are:
- Universal Credit Claimants
- Unemployed
- Facing redundancy
- Struggling to sustain employment.
The Youth Hub service will include initial advice and guidance, coaching/ mentoring support, access to training courses, together with opportunities for professional development and employer engagement. The service will facilitate onward positive destinations for young people (18 -24) into training and/ or employment in the locality.
The Youth Hub will be based at Brooklands College (Weybridge campus) on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays with two additional satellite sites in Addlestone (Thursday) and Egham (Wednesday).
