The Wheelyboat Trust
Dedicated to providing mobility, learning and sensory impaired people of all ages with independent access to activities such as powerboating, nature watching, pleasure boating and angling in their uniquely designed wheelchair-accessible Wheelyboats. The Wheelyboat Trust are a small charity that achieves great things: helping venues that are open to the public acquire Wheelyboats for the benefit of their disabled visitors and helping groups and organisations acquire Wheelyboats for their own use. They have supplied 228 Wheelyboats to projects on inshore waters, lochs, lakes, reservoirs, rivers and canals all over the UK.

All of the services that White Lodge delivers, aim to improve the lives of children, young people, adults and their family/carers by delivering person centred services, that meet the needs of the individual and help improve their quality of life and wellbeing. They offer a range of services such as: physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, specialist nursery, hydrotherapy and a range of short breaks including holiday and weekend clubs, personal support in the home and overnight provision.

Treetops is an overnight short breaks unit which caters for disabled children and young people. They can take part in a wide range of activities and outings, which are planned by the staff team in consultation with the children visiting. The service includes tea visits, day care and overnights.
