Kinship Kitchen

Kinship Kitchen is a South London community-based service aimed at supporting kinship carers across London and the UK. Kinship carers are people raising relatives or children within their network, who, for one reason or another, are unable to live with their parents. Kinship Kitchen offer a range of activities such as, Kinship Kitchen Teen Group, Carers Hub Webinar, Employability Programme and more!

Kinship Kitchen aims are:

  • Providing access to training and support around specialist topics in relation to kinship care

  • Reducing social isolation and improving the mental health of kinship carers

  • Addressing food poverty experienced by kinship families

  • Increased access to therapeutic support, including therapeutic parenting interventions

  • Enabling kinship carers to obtain catering qualifications and offer work opportunities within the catering industry

Kisimul School Woodstock House
