The Monday Evening Drop-in
Mondays from 4pm-6:30pm
The drop-in is supported by volunteers who ensure that there are always refreshments and homemade meals available. The atmosphere is informal and welcoming and it is a good place to meet others. Drop-In members decide the programme of activities and have a strong sense of belonging and ownership. Everyone is welcome, especially those isolated by mental health difficulties. Recent activities have included music evenings, dancing, craft, talks about wellbeing and outings on the river and to London for Christmas shopping and attractions. Members of the drop-in are also supported to access other services and resources as required.
There is a cost of £3 per evening to include all refreshments and activity,

Motor Neurone Disease Association South West Surrey Branch
Providing support and care not just for those who live with Motor Neurone Disease but also their families,carers, and friends.
They provide:
- Support group meetings for people living with MND, their families and carers. These are held every other month in a lovely accessible pub in Woking. They vary the times to suit as many people as possible, and either a sandwich lunch or afternoon tea is provided.
- Contributions towards equipment and quality of life grants for people with living MND
- Emotional support for those who need a listening ear or friendly advice over the phone
- They also raise funds and contribute towards the costs of MND research.
