Surrey Early Help Hub

Early Help is an umbrella term that means providing support as soon as a problem emerges, at any point in a child's life, from the foundation years through to the teenage years. Surrey's Early Help approach is known as Family Resilience.

In Surrey, many different services and organisations offer early help to families. These efforts to support families can be coordinated by the Early Help Hub when necessary. To speak to the Hub, contact the Children's Single Point of Access to request support. Families should be asked for consent before you discuss them with the Early Help Hub.

The Early Help Hub will:

  • triage the request for support.
  • allocate it to the most appropriate service.
  • inform the person making the request of the outcome of the request.

If a Surrey County Council Service is not appropriate, the hub will endeavour to suggest alternatives.

Millmead House, Guildford, Surrey
