R;pple consists of a message of hope as well as a selection of credible mental health resources in a range of different options (call, text, webchat) from free, established, and 24/7 charity services.

R;pple is an internet browser extension tool (similar to an app that runs in the background) designed to ensure more help and support is provided to individuals who conduct searches relating to self-harm or suicide. It is completely free to all schools and is quick to download and have running in the background on all school computers.

Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Centre (RASASC) Guildford

RASASC support survivors of all genders over the age of 13 from across Surrey, who have been raped, sexually abused or have had an unwanted sexual experience. We provide a helpline, counselling services for adults, young people and their friends and family and practical and emotional support from our team of Independent Sexual Violence Advisors.
