Barnardo’s Paediatrics Parenting Support Service (Surrey)
Barnardo’s Surrey Paediatrics Parenting Support Service is offering parent/carers support through a 6-week programme for families living in Surrey who are exploring the possibilities that their young person, 5 years old and younger might be neurodivergent. This service offers groups online and in person, to explore the early developmental stages of young people, offer a deeper understanding into emotional regulation, explore strategies that can be used at home and shared with childcare provisions to help the young person thrive in their settings. The 6-week intervention can be accessed through online sessions, face-to-face sessions in the community, with the option to bring young people along too. Courses run throughout the year, once a referral is received a member of our team will be in touch to book you onto one of the upcoming courses.
