Sandhurst Group Riding for the Disabled (RDA)

Riding Times are every Thursday during term time 9:30am until 12:30pm.

Sandhurst Group was founded in 1973 and operates from Brunei Stables at the Royal Military Academy at Sandhurst.

Through the commitment of volunteers, RDA enables people with disabilities to ride or carriage drive to benefit their health and wellbeing and to achieve their goals.

Riding Times: Every Thursday during term time 10am until 12 middays.

Sassy Stirrers

The team of foodie-cooks at Sassy Stirrers love teaching children & adults to cook new recipes encouraging them to try new ingredients and skills while having fun! Sometimes it gets a little messy but is always a lot of fun!

They cover areas all over Surrey and offer children's parties, school clubs, holiday workshops, as well as Duke Of Edinburgh and gap year cooking classes.

Saturday SEND Sports Club

Saturdays from 14:30-16:30

The sessions offer children with special educational needs and disabilities from 8 years old and their families the opportunity to try new activities such as trampolining, climbing and multisports. It offers a welcoming and relaxed environment for young people to build personal skills and self-confidence and as importantly an opportunity to be yourself.

This session is supported by volunteers with an emphasis on enjoyment and engaging in physical activity. Parents are required to stay in attendance at the session and interact with other families. And you are very welcome, and encouraged, to take part too!

Saxon Family Centre (Satellite)

Family Centre’s bring together a wide range of services and support families with children aged 0-11 years with the aim of enhancing family life. These are provided by a range of services that Parents/Grandparents/ Carers can access from one-to-one support to support to help families feel less anxious about the future and better equipped to help their child/children when times are hard. We aim at providing support to parents so they can give their child the best possible start to life and start to develop supportive relationships and confidence to manage at home. Family Centre’s provide a safe space where parents and carers can feel supported and connected to their community and give parents the opportunity to talk with others in similar positions. Family Centre’s work with other organisations to bring the services that’s support parents and carers together to deliver effective services which help to improve the practical, social, and emotional wellbeing to enhance family life.

Sayers Croft Trust

Sayers Croft Trust is a registered charity whose aim is to involve the local community, especially young people, in the enjoyment and care of the environment. By working in partnership with the Sayers Croft field centre, the Trust aims to make all the facilities of Sayers Croft available to those who may otherwise be unable to access them due to physical, financial or social disadvantage

They run subsidised activity days for SEN children called Action Stations. In addition to running lots of community events and offer subsidies for participants with disabilities or disadvantages.
