Wellbeing Prescription Service
Wellbeing Prescription is a Social Prescribing team providing free support and advice to help improve the health and wellbeing of East Surrey residents aged 18 or over, registered to one of the 18 East Surrey GP practices. (The East Surrey area covers: Tandridge, Reigate, Redhill, Merstham and Horley) NHS Surrey Heartlands commissions Tandridge District Council to deliver the Wellbeing Prescription Service. The team can offer one to one and group appointments, with a fully trained wellbeing advisor who will talk through someone's needs, offer advice and support them to meet achievable health and wellbeing goals on a variety of topics, including: • Losing weight, healthy eating and getting active. • Reducing alcohol consumption or quitting smoking. • Meeting new people and engaging with the local community. • Managing your emotional wellbeing, including worry, stress and low mood. • Remaining independent, safe and well at home. • Support for carers.

Whole Step CIC is a Music Therapy and Community Music service for people of all ages and abilities. Music Therapy can support those with a range of mental health and special needs. Our unique therapy offer, Mindful Music, is targeted at young adults and adults with increased stress, anxiety, depression, and social isolation. This therapy can be easily done online, for individuals or in small groups. Our Community Music groups bring people together, using music to teach, share, and enrich lives. We can also provide training for professionals on Music Therapy and attachment. All our services can be offered in-person or online.
