Number Five Project
Number 5 Hub provides short-term temporary accommodation with support, for people who are rough sleeping in Guildford, aged 18 or over, with a local connection to Guildford.
There are dedicated support workers on site 24h a day, they can advise and access support on a range of topics such as mental health support, domestic abuse, substance abuse, accommodation, debt advice and more!
Service users will have their own support worker onsite who will support them throughout their stay at the project, as well as an individually tailored support plan to help them move on to suitable accommodation and identify paths to achieving personal goals.

Parity for Disability - Music Therapy

Parity for Disability offers individual or group music therapy sessions for children and adults with learning disabilities multiple disabilities, autism or related needs from Surrey, Hampshire, and Berkshire.
