Baby Massage Course

Tuesday Mornings from 10am-11:30

They run baby massage courses either in a group of up to 8 babies and their parent/parents in a hall setting or individually at home. The course is five weekly sessions, each session is 90 minutes long, there is a cost of £75 for five sessions.

Online Parenting Guides

Surrey residents can access free online parenting guides, the guides include helpful tips from childcare, education and NHS health experts. The key topics are:

Understanding your pregnancy
Understanding your baby
Understanding your child
Understanding your teenager
Understanding your child with additional needs

The online guides contain advice relevant to expectant parents, parents, grandparents and carers of children of all ages including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Access to the guides is unlimited with no expiry date, so you can return as and when you need and want to. Each guide has between 9 and 11 sessions, which last roughly 20 minutes each. There are also activities that can be carried out between courses.

Positive Parenting Project Triple P Online Parenting Course

Triple P Online is a fantastic solution for busy working parents of children aged 1-12 years who can’t make it to a parenting class. It’s interactive and easy to use and you can log in whenever and wherever it suits you. The eight sessions are a lively mix of video clips, online worksheets and personalised activities covering all the same parenting tips and strategies as an 8-week parenting group. Plus, you can also sign up for podcasts, emails and text reminders.

Child-Parent-Relationship Course Guildford

Epsom Downs Family Centre - Parenting Puzzle Course

Weekly for 4 weeks starting on Wednesday 5 March 2025 from 9:30am to 11:30am

Raising children can be puzzling at times, but puzzles have solutions and the Parenting Puzzle course provides them. This 4 week informal course gives you tips and advice on how to get the best out of family life.

Run by YMCA Family Support Workers and is open to all parents and carers. Course costs £15 payable on booking (includes refreshments). A reduced rate is available for any family on income related benefits.
