Fathers' Wellbeing Group
The Fathers' Wellbeing group is for men experiencing low mood or anxiety who have or are expecting a young child. We aim to give you:
- a chance to challenge unhelpful expectations that are put on new fathers in a non-judgemental and supportive environment
- help to identify how certain behaviours, thinking patterns and situations may be contributing to low mood or anxiety
- an opportunity to learn skills to change unhelpful thinking, behaviours or beliefs
If you think you would like to take part, get in touch with Mind Matters and mention that you could like to be referred to the Fathers' Wellbeing Group.

Baby Bubble Woking
Building on the successes of our current Baby Bubble groups in Runnymede we are excited to be launching Baby Bubble Woking in partnership with Jigsaw.

The aim of our Baby Bubble groups are to support mums and their babies to help reduce isolation, improve emotional wellbeing and support with early attachment and development.

Toddler Group - High Cross Church

The group is for children that can hold their own, walking running etc so normally 18 months to age 3. It runs on Wednesdays from 10am-11:30am, there is a cost of £1 and no booking is needed.
