Royal National Children's Springboard Foundation

Royal National Children’s Springboard Foundation is a charity giving life-transforming opportunities to disadvantaged and vulnerable children. They work with over a hundred state boarding and independent schools to widen access to their fully-funded bursary places for children who most need access to the opportunities these provide.


They have supported children who have experienced parental death, abuse, or sibling/parent disability and are at the edge of care, others have come from loving and supportive environments but have some measure of social deprivation. They also support Looked After Children through their work with local authorities.

Royal Surrey Foundation Trust- Child Development Service

The Child Development Centre is a specialist team that provides an initial assessment and were indicated on-going investigation, treatment, and support.

The Child Development Centre accepts referrals for Children under 5 years who have:

  • Motor difficulties
  • Developmental concerns including global delay, motor, language, visual or severe hearing impairment
  • Learning difficulties
  • Behavioural difficulties
  • Neurological concerns
  • Social communication concerns and/or autism

Children need to be registered with a GP from Guildford and Waverley CCG to be referred. Referral is by letter or the Electronic Referral System.
