Ehlers-Danlos Support UK is a registered charity which support, advise, and inform those living with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) and help them live a full, active, and positive life. The Eikon Charity

The Eikon Charity provides face to face support to vulnerable young people and their families. Services include fully qualified youth specialists working in secondary schools throughout Surrey, providing one-to-one mentoring, group work, support groups, LGBTQ+ youth groups and volunteering opportunities.

They also run Community Youth Work providing organised sport, activities and personal advice to young people.

Projects run in Hersham, New Haw, Godalming, Farnham and Guildford.

The service supports children age 9 to 18 years old.

Eikon's LGBTQ+ Youth Groups

Eikon's LGBTQ+ Youth Groups are safe spaces for questions, support, discussions, activities, and making new friends. The groups are completely free and open to all young people aged 11-18 (or up to 24 for young people with SEND) across Surrey who identify as LGBTQ+ or are questioning. Due to the confidential nature of the groups, the LGBTQ+ Youth Worker will need to first meet a young person who is interested in joining a youth group.

Elevate Life - Transforming your story

They aim to transform the stories of those young people who struggle with anxiety, isolation and a range of other mental health issues. Their #BeOK programmes are delivered through their fun and interactive Elevate Hubs use effective interventions, help young people learn coping strategies, promote wellness and enable young people to rewrite their own, sometimes difficult, stories. These programmes are used in conjunction with NHS Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) programmes.
