Evolve Perinatal Wellbeing Course

Evolve Perinatal Group is a talking therapy group aimed specifically at mums.

Based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) tools and strategies, this 6-week course can help you to manage your emotional wellbeing as you navigate parenthood. It is suitable for expectant parents and those with children up to 18 months. .

This popular group courses run throughout the year.

Ewell Foodbank

Working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK, Trussell Trust foodbanks provide a minimum of three days emergency food and support to people experiencing crisis.

Foodbanks partner with a wide range of care professionals such as doctors, health visitors, social workers and police to identify people in crisis and issue them with a foodbank voucher.

Express CIC

Express is a user led not for profit organisation. They envisage a social environment where young autistic people and their families feel welcomed and secure within the local community. Where young people would be able to gain valuable social skills and work experience opportunities. The team aim to provide a service that will be used, supported and enjoyed by the community as a whole. There are a wide range of activities available for everyone!

In brief this service offers:

  • Counselling for parent/carers
  • Specialist Counselling for young autistic people aged 16 and over
  • Connect Clubs for young autistic people 16-19 & 19-25
  • Creative Therapy both 1:1 and in small groups for autistic young people aged 5+
  • Drama Club for autistic young people aged 8+
  • BUDs pre-school group for autistic young people aged 3+
  • Siblings groups
  • In addition they offer peer support in the form of a Mum’s group, Dad’s group and a specific PDA group

Face2Face parent befriending (YMCA)

Face2Face is a volunteer-led group of parents and carers who have a child or young person with a disability. They offer friendship and support to other parents and carers of children with additional needs or disabilities.

The befriending service is informal, flexible, and free. Parents and carers can come to us directly or be referred to us via their GP, health visitor, social worker, or school.
