St Mary's Parent and Toddler Group

Tuesdays 9:30 to 11am, term time.

Tiny Treasures baby and toddler group meets every Tuesday morning during school term time in the St. Andrew's Room adjoining church at 9:30-11am.

This is a very informal group and there is no need to register in advance so just drop by. It is a great time to relax and enjoy a coffee whilst meeting new friends and there are plenty of toys, crafts and dressing up clothes for our younger friends to enjoy. Towards the end of each session we have a time of nursery rhymes and singing. We welcome all mums and dads, grandparents and carers.

The Surrey Branch holds parent to parent support groups, run by volunteers, in several towns in Surrey. These are informal opportunities to meet with other parents and carers of autistic children and young people, and to share experiences/knowledge about local services. A group for parents/carers of autistic children meets monthly in Reigate and is led by Victoria Nunn.

The Surrey Branch holds parent to parent support groups, run by volunteers, in several towns in Surrey. These are informal opportunities to meet with other parents and carers of autistic children and young people, and to share experiences/knowledge about local services. A group for parents/carers of autistic children meets monthly, and is led by Sara Truman. The meetings alternate between morning and evening and are held in Guildford.

Lancaster Close is a supported housing scheme for young parents, there are 9 self-contained 1 bedroom apartments for individuals or couples. Living at Lancaster Close, they will help prepare you for living independently and looking after your family. There are support staff on site during the week and a 24-hour call system for out-of-hours support.

Family Voice Surrey (FVS)

Family Voice Surrey is the Parent Carer Forum for families of children and young people (0-25) in Surrey with any Special Educational Need or Disability. It is run by parents for parents. Their main aim is to shape services by working with decision-makers in Education, Health, and Social Care to improve the SEND system for families.

They believe that the voice of the family and the knowledge and expertise that comes from experience is crucial in designing any policy or provision for our children.
