The Meeting Place Community Hub

The Meeting Place has been supporting members of the Bookham community for 10 years. They believe that no-one should feel alone if they are experiencing loneliness or isolation and are dedicated to helping people find support or advice where needed. To provide a welcome for all with time for all. The Meeting Place is run by a committed and friendly group of people from the local churches and friends.

Services include a coffee shop, language classes to those whose first language is not English, lip-reading classes, a telephone befriending service and a community fridge.
