Living with Teenagers Parenting Course

Love Me Love My Mind is a small registered charity based in Epsom which aims to promote better understanding of mental health and to support the wellbeing of everyone in the community.
They have a Monday drop in session from 4pm-6:30pm, there is a cost of £3 per evening to include all refreshments and activity. Drop-In members decide the programme of activities and have a strong sense of belonging and ownership. Everyone is welcome, especially those isolated by mental health difficulties.
