Mary Frances Trust
Mary Frances Trust (MFT) is a mental health and emotional wellbeing charity for Surrey residents aged 16+. They offer one-to-one support, advice & information, as well as online and face-to-face activities, groups and courses designed to improve mental wellbeing (self-help courses, physical activities, arts and crafts, interest groups and peer support groups).
All activities are free and run in small groups which helps to break social isolation. You do not need any diagnosis – they support people with any kind of mental or emotional health issue. There are no waiting lists and no time limit – people can use the service for as long as they need and register again at any point.

Mascot hub
The Mascot hub is an informal and welcoming drop-in centre in Sheerwater. It offers help with using computers, reading, writing and form filling, an art group, a food bank, a clothing bank, and a career help session. The hub is also a free internet cafe with printing facilities.

The Matrix Trust
The Matrix Trust is a Christian charity which aims to connect churches, projects and youth workers with young people in the Guildford area.
The team work with schools, as an integral part of the pastoral system, they provide professional Mental Health First Aid trained Youth Workers to walk alongside young people in their life’s journey. Some of this is preventative, but much is responding to the growing level of emotional well being and mental health needs amongst young people.
In the community they create safe spaces where young people can make and meet friends and access a wide range of opportunities that might otherwise be out of reach, through workshops, work experience, activities, 1:1 school based sessions, and traineeships.

The Matthew Hackney Foundation
