Surrey Family & Mediation Services (SFMS)

SFMS has over 30 years experience of providing successful family mediation in Surrey. We offer family mediation for those experiencing issues resulting from a relationship breakdown, such as child arrangements or property and finance matters.

What the service does:

Family Mediation offers impartial, practical help for separating/divorcing couples and families with or without children. Meetings are held online, via Zoom, or in person at one of 3 offices in Surrey.

Through mediation and support services:

· Provide parents with information to help them make decisions that are right for them and their children without resorting to legal proceedings

· Help children to make their voice heard in the separation and divorce process through free child consultations

· Help parents to resolve financial and practical arrangements

· Support children to keep contact with both parents and other family members after separation and divorce

This is done through family mediation, where an impartial mediator works with both parties to reach an agreement.

Guildford Institute, Ward Street, Guildford, Surrey
