Staines Strollers
Staines Strollers is a friendly running club serving Staines, Ashford, Egham and the surrounding area. We cater for runners covering about 4.5 miles at 10 minute mile pace to those running 6-8 miles at 7 minute mile pace. Do feel free to join us, we are informal, some of us are keen to improve but many of us are laid back and love the social side.

Staines Swimming Club strives to promote swimming in the boroughs of Spelthorne, Runnymede and the surrounding areas. With the aim of providing its members with a structured programme to ensure that they fulfil their potential whatever their ability.
We are also strongly committed to promoting disability swimming. We have disability swimmers on National talent programmes and many of our coaches have developed specialist skills to support disability swimmers. We are a recognised British Swimming Disability 'Hub Club'.

Star for a Night
Star for a Night is a well-established and successful youth variety show. The project provides the following to participants free of charge:
- 10 weeks of tuition in dance/musical theatre
- Two performances on-stage at the Harlequin Theatre, Redhill
- The chance to win a scholarship to a local performing arts school
To be eligible to take part your child must:
- Live or go to school in the Borough of Reigate and Banstead
- Be 11 years old by the date of the show.
