We enable young people to transform their lives through our bespoke 1-1 programmes of support including Anger Management, Counselling, Life Coaching, Mentoring and Support for Young Parents.

We support and empower young people aged 14-25 living in the Boroughs of Rushmoor and Hart and surrounding areas, particularly those who are: isolated, vulnerable, struggling at school, in trouble with the law, have challenging family relationships, are homeless, in care, live on their own or are young parents.

We celebrate diversity and our doors are open to everyone regardless of belief or background.

Soft UK

SOFT UK provides non-judgemental information and support to parents after a prenatal diagnosis of trisomy 13 (Patau Syndrome) or trisomy 18 (Edwards' Syndrome) and beyond. Support is available for families who have recently received a diagnosis, who are making decisions regarding their pregnancy, preparing for birth, for parents caring for their child with Trisomy 13 or Trisomy 18, and for families experiencing bereavement.

Family Rights Group

Family Rights Group are a national charity that advises parents, grandparents, relatives and friends about their rights and options when social workers or courts make decisions about their children’s welfare. They work with parents whose children are in need, at risk or are in the care system and with wider family members and friends who are raising children (known as kinship carers). They promote policies and practices that keep children safe within their family and strengthen the family and community networks of those children who cannot live at home.

The group is run by two parents who had previously experienced school refusal, the aim of the group is to provide support to those in the same situation, by offering advice and putting parents in touch with each other

Epsom and St. Helier Maternity Voices

Epsom and St Helier Maternity Voices Partnership (MVP) is an independent group that works to improve maternity services in the area.

They are made up of:

  • NHS professionals
  • Groups that support pregnant women and new parents (such as NCT and local family & children’s centre’s)
  • Mums, dads, parents, and carers who’ve used Epsom and St Helier Maternity Services in the last five years.

They meet six times a year to discuss how their maternity services are developing at Epsom and St Helier and work collaboratively on projects in-between meetings.

Asperger's Support Group

A free support group for parents and carers of children and young people with Asperger's Syndrome.

The group meets once a month to support anyone looking after someone with Asperger syndrome. It arranges trips for the children accompanied by their parent or carer. It organises evening meals three times a year as a social event. It can attend meetings with social services or education for support.
