Welcare offers child and family support and specialist groups (e.g. parenting, additional needs, domestic abuse); they also have a foodbank and are able to provide supermarket vouchers.

They provide practical and emotional support and advice service for families with children aged up to the age of 13. Their service is social work-led, and volunteer-supported. They work holistically to provide a family-focused support plan in a welcoming, non-judgmental environment. Through a combination of group work and one-to-one sessions, they work with children and families to enable them to cope with difficulties through both practical and emotional solutions.
